Preferred Property Programs^® offers Umbrella Quotes with various limits and terms that are hard to beat. Quotes are usually approved overnight or sooner through JGS. We also offer boiler and machinery, equipment breakdown coverage for Habitational Associations. These are insurance Programs that are designed for Condominiums, Cooperatives, Homeowners Associations, Planned Unit Developments, COA's; HOA's; Pud's; Co-Ops and Timeshare Associations. Preferred Property is a Program Administrator together with JGS specializing in Community Association Insurance; for the following companies and Programs:

Zurich North America - These are our high limit umbrella programs utilizing our Risk Purchasing Group. - Limits available are $5,000,000, $10,000,000, $15,000,000, and $25,000,000 from Zurich North America. For Condo's, Co-Op's, PUD's, Apartments, Timeshare Associations as well as Master Associations. This program is Available for High Rises to 35 stories.

Chubb Group of Insurance Companies - This is our Low Limit Umbrella Program available through JGS - Limits available is from One Million to Five Million, or anywhere in between. Underlying requirements for this program is A-VI, with a $2,000,000 underlying D&O limit. All other limits (General Liability, Auto Liability) may be at a $1,000,000 underlying limit. Community Associations, Condominiums, Co-Operative Apartments, COA's, PUD's, HOA's, and Master Associations will qualify for this product.

CNA Insurance Companies - Our Equipment Breakdown, Boiler and Machinery Program - Binding authority granted for this program is up to $50,000,000 in property values, We offer a combined Property Damage, Business Income and extra expense with a limit of $5,000,000. We can offer optional increased combined limits of $10,000,000, $15,000,000, $20,000,000, and up to $50,000,000. Various deductibles are available. Community Associations, Condominiums, Co-Operative Apartments, PUD's, HOA's, Garden Style Apartments and Master Associations will qualify for this product. This product is available through JGS.

XL Capital Group/Greenwich Insurance Company - This is our Environmental Product from Greenwich Insurance Company. Limits available are $250,000, $500,000, and $1,000,000 with a $5,000 Self Insured Retention. Due to our utilization of our Risk Purchasing Group for this coverage there are no minimum premiums. We have seen quotes as low as $500.00 for a $1,000,000 limit on a typical 75 unit condominium association and apartment complexes. HOA'S are even more competitive than this.
